Jennifer Limas

President and CEO

Jennifer is the President and CEO of Girls Inc. of Tarrant County, the nonprofit organization that inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Girls Inc. of Tarrant County provides life-changing programs and solutions to the challenges girls face. Jennifer became CEO in 2012 and has led the organization through growth that has expanded programs and services to over 20,000 girls in Tarrant County annually.

Girls Inc. programs help girls navigate gender, economic, and social barriers. Jennifer obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies at Dallas Baptist University. She is a member of the Women’s Policy Forum, serves on the Board of Directors for Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County and is a council member for Fort Worth SPARC. Jennifer was also recognized by Fort Worth Business Press as a Great Woman of Texas. She is married to Louis Limas and has two sons, Gabriel and Landry.
