Join us on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 from 2:00pm – 3:00pm as we learn how to use yoga to cope with anxiety or other feelings of nervousness. The goal of this workshop is to help participants replace the negative, destructive thoughts and actions that drive stress with empowering beliefs, rational emotional responses, and healthy behavior patterns.
This workshop will focus on the whole girl in an individualized manner and will encompass the body, mind, emotions, and behaviors. It will address each of the components that have a direct impact on managing stress, and the skills you learn will begin to empower YOU.
This workshop is geared for tweens and teens (10 and Up).
