For girls in grades 7-12

Join Girls Inc. staff and special guest, Reanna Bell for this guided workshop about techniques to practice mindfulness and relaxation in daily life accompanied by a short guided meditation.

Reanna Bell is a Master’s of Social Work student at the Joint Master’s Social Work program at TWU and UNT.

Relax, breathe and spend 30 minutes with us as we engage in relaxation as a group.
