Practicing Gratitude
April 21 12:00 PM- 1:00 PM

For girls in 9th – 12th grade

Research shows that practicing gratitude can:

  • Improve physical health. People who exhibit gratitude report fewer aches and pains, a general feeling of health, more regular exercise, and more frequent checkups with their doctor than those who don’t.
  • Improve your psychological health. Grateful people enjoy higher well-being and happiness and suffer from reduced symptoms of depression.

In this program participants will learn the benefits of practicing gratitude as well as exercises and activities that enhance the art of practicing gratitude.
