The Agency will not sell, share, or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.
This policy applies to all information received by Girls Inc. of Tarrant County, both online and offline, on any Platform (“Platform”, includes the Agency website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.
To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
The Agency does not maintain donor’s credit card or banking information, personal health information, or any information irrelevant to giving.

Donor Information Access
Access to donor information is password-protected and limited to relevant staff only.
Individuals may request to remain anonymous or indicate a specific gift is to remain anonymous. Anonymous donors will not be disclosed in any public list produced by the agency.
